Residential building of high aesthetics, with strict architectural design and monolithic simple bulks. The constant alternation of solid bulks with balconies, semi-outdoor spaces and pergolas results in an interesting combination of shadow and light that is composed in a single morphological entity. The balconies of the individual apartments are rotated in the opposite direction, in order to ensure privacy and security in the individual properties.
The planting of the roof, the surrounding area and the balconies is an additional dominant component of the building and, at the same time, significantly affects its energy identity. The planted roof helps to upgrade the microclimate not only of the building but also of the wider area. Both the configuration of the surrounding area, the planters, and the planted roof, is carried out based on a Horticultural Design.
There is the possibility of installing a photovoltaic system (NetMetering) and a LEGRAND control system. In the garage of the buildings, there is the appropriate infrastructure and equipment (charging station) for the electric charging of cars.
