Project #plataion
Residential building of high aesthetics, with strict architectural design and monolithic simple bulks.
The constant alternation of solid bulks with balconies, semi-outdoor spaces and pergolas results in an interesting combination of shadow and light that is composed in a single morphological entity.
The external area, meaning the balconies of the individual apartments are rotated in the opposite direction, in order to ensure privacy and security in the individual properties.
The planting of the roof, the surrounding area and the balconies is an additional dominant component of the building and, at the same time, significantly affects its energy identity.
